Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 14, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Redi Handyman LLC (“Redi Handyman,” “REDI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website, mobile applications, communications, and home-service platform.

By accessing or using Redi Handyman services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform or related services.

1. About Redi Handyman

Redi Handyman LLC operates a technology-enabled home-services platform designed to help customers request home-service work and connect with service providers.

Depending on the service and location, work may be performed by Redi Handyman LLC, independent service providers, or other qualified professionals using the REDI platform.

Availability of specific services, providers, features, and geographic coverage may vary.

2. User Accounts

Certain REDI services may require an account.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of their account credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly notify REDI of suspected unauthorized access.

REDI may suspend or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect customers, service providers, the platform, or other users.

3. Service Requests and Bookings

Customers may use REDI to describe a project, select services, provide photos or other information, choose scheduling preferences, and request a service provider.

Submitting a request does not necessarily guarantee that a provider will be available or that a booking will be accepted.

Service availability may depend on factors including provider availability, service area, project requirements, scheduling, travel distance, applicable pricing, and provider qualifications.

A booking becomes confirmed when REDI communicates that the service request has been accepted or otherwise confirmed.

4. Estimates, Pricing, and Changes to Work

Pricing may be provided as an hourly rate, estimate, fixed price, minimum charge, or other pricing structure depending on the service.

Project estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided.

Actual project conditions may require additional labor, materials, services, or changes in scope.

When reasonably possible, material changes to price or scope will be communicated before additional work is performed.

Customers are responsible for the cost of approved work, applicable materials, taxes, fees, and other charges disclosed through REDI.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

By submitting payment information, you authorize applicable charges associated with your booking, including authorized service charges, materials, fees, cancellation charges, or other disclosed amounts.

REDI may use payment authorization, payment holds, delayed capture, or similar payment-processing methods when appropriate.

Payment information may be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment processor.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers and service providers may be permitted to cancel or reschedule services subject to REDI’s applicable cancellation policy.

Cancellation fees may apply when a cancellation occurs after a provider has committed time, traveled toward the project, arrived at the service location, or otherwise incurred costs related to the booking.

Applicable cancellation terms or charges will be disclosed through the platform where appropriate.

7. Service Providers

REDI service providers may be required to provide certain information regarding their identity, experience, services, availability, references, or qualifications.

REDI may use third-party services to conduct identity verification, background screening, or other trust-and-safety checks.

The existence of a verification or background check does not guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, licensing status, or future conduct of any provider.

Customers should use reasonable judgment when allowing any service professional access to their property.

8. Background Checks and Identity Verification

REDI may use third-party consumer-reporting, identity-verification, or background-screening providers, including Checkr, to evaluate service-provider eligibility.

Providers participating in such screening may be required to provide information directly to the screening provider and agree to the screening provider’s disclosures, authorizations, and terms.

REDI may restrict provider access to the platform until required verification or screening has been completed.

9. Location Services

REDI may use location information to support service-area matching, estimated arrival times, routing, live-location sharing, safety features, and other location-dependent functionality.

Location information is used only when permitted by the user and as described in the REDI Privacy Policy.

Users may control device-level location permissions through their operating-system settings.

Some REDI features may not function correctly when location access is disabled.

10. REDI Live Location

A service provider may choose to share live location information with a customer during an active REDI project.

Live location is intended to assist with arrival coordination, job progress, and service transparency.

Location-sharing availability may depend on device permissions, network connectivity, GPS accuracy, and provider settings.

REDI does not guarantee continuous or perfectly accurate location information.

Live location sharing may end automatically when the project is completed, canceled, or otherwise closed.

11. REDI Safety Share

REDI Safety Share is an optional safety feature that allows a service provider to share limited live-location and job-status information with a trusted person.

When Safety Share is activated, the trusted recipient may receive a private, time-limited link that allows the recipient to view limited information related to the provider’s location and general job status.

Safety Share is designed to protect provider privacy and customer privacy. REDI does not intend to expose customer messages, payment information, photos, detailed project information, or other unnecessary customer information through a Safety Share link.

Safety Share links may expire automatically, may be revoked by the provider, and may stop working when the associated project ends.

The provider is responsible for selecting trusted recipients and using Safety Share appropriately.

12. SMS Communications

Redi Handyman LLC may send transactional SMS messages related to REDI services, including REDI Safety Share, booking notifications, service updates, account notifications, and other operational communications.

For REDI Safety Share, an end-user may opt in by texting the keyword SAFETY to a designated Redi Handyman business phone number.

Message frequency varies depending on use of REDI services. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using Redi Handyman services.

REDI does not sell or share SMS opt-in information or consent records with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS delivery may be provided through third-party communications providers acting on REDI’s behalf.

13. SMS Opt-In and Opt-Out

When a recipient texts SAFETY, REDI may send an enrollment confirmation indicating that the recipient has opted in to REDI Safety Share messages.

A typical confirmation may state:

REDI Handyman: You’re opted in to REDI Safety Share messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Recipients who reply STOP will no longer receive applicable SMS messages unless they subsequently opt in again.

Recipients who reply HELP may receive instructions for obtaining assistance.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

14. Photos, Messages, Reviews, and User Content

Users may provide project descriptions, photographs, videos, messages, reviews, profile information, and other content through REDI.

Users should only upload or submit content they have the right to provide.

By submitting content, users authorize REDI to store, process, transmit, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, facilitate services, communicate with users, resolve disputes, maintain records, and improve REDI services.

Users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

15. Acceptable Use

Users may not use REDI to engage in fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse of another person’s information, interference with REDI systems, misuse of location-sharing features, or other activity that could reasonably harm REDI, customers, providers, or third parties.

REDI may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the platform.

16. Safety

Home-service work may involve tools, electricity, plumbing, ladders, construction materials, heavy objects, and other potentially hazardous conditions.

Customers should provide safe access to the work area and disclose known hazards that could affect the provider.

Service providers are expected to perform work responsibly and should decline or stop work when conditions are unsafe or outside their appropriate capabilities.

REDI safety features are designed to provide additional safeguards but cannot eliminate all risks associated with in-person home-service work.

17. Third-Party Services

REDI may rely on third-party services for functions including payment processing, communications, mapping, cloud hosting, identity verification, background screening, analytics, and other operational services.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

REDI is not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused solely by independent third-party systems outside REDI’s reasonable control.

18. Availability of the Platform

We work to maintain the availability and reliability of REDI but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, software updates, third-party outages, technical problems, or circumstances outside REDI’s reasonable control.

REDI may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.

19. Privacy

Use of REDI is also governed by the Redi Handyman Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy describes how information may be collected, used, protected, retained, and shared.

The current Privacy Policy is available at:

20. Disclaimers

REDI strives to provide reliable home-service technology and service coordination, but no technology platform can guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect GPS accuracy, error-free communications, or successful completion of every project.

Information displayed through REDI, including location, arrival estimates, provider availability, pricing estimates, and project status, may change as circumstances develop.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Redi Handyman LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from temporary platform outages, communication delays, GPS inaccuracies, or third-party service interruptions.

This provision does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. Changes to These Terms

REDI may update these Terms as services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements evolve.

When material changes are made, the Effective Date will be updated and additional notice may be provided when required.

Continued use of REDI after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable federal law, without limiting any rights users may have under other applicable consumer-protection laws.
